Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, divided
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter and sugar; add egg yolk and beat well.
Sift together flour, salt and cinnamon; add to butter mixture.
Spread in a greased 13x9x2 cake pan.
Beat 1 egg white slightly and brush evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the nuts over the egg whites.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
