Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 (14 oz) cans black beans, drained
- 1/4 c water
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Garnish: sliced green onion

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add beans and next 4 ingredients, stirring and mashing with the back of a spoon until heated through.
Garnish with green onion, if desired.
