- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- Salad
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 firm ripe avocado, diced
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Step 1
To prepare dressing: Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, blue cheese, chives, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
To prepare salad: Add lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon to the bowl and toss with the dressing. Serve immediately.
