While they are warm, the crisps can be molded over an upside-down cup or glass to create a serving bowl for caesar salads, pasta or risotto.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Pour cheese in 6 mounds on a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between them to allow room for spreading.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool completely. Makes 6 servings
