Upside Down Broccoli Pizza 1 Picture


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli (Steamed)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup white Alfredo pasta sauce (I made homemade)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (I made homemade w/Whole Wheat Flour)
  • 1 egg, beaten

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil add onions, seasonings, and ground turkey; saute' until turkey is browned.

Stir in the broccoli, Ranch Dressing and Alfredo sauce until well combined. Sprinkle the cheese over the mixture and remove from the heat. Add the turkey mixture & Alfredo mixture to a casserole dish.

Unroll the pizza dough and lay it over top of the dish. Stretch the dough over the rim and then with kitchen shears, cut off the corners of the dough. Create a crust by rolling any excess dough around the rim and then stuff along insides of the dish. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Carefully remove from the oven and allow the pizza to rest a couple of minutes before cutting and serving.

I made my own Alfredo Sauce, Pizza Dough & added in some Turkey Bacon. (The left over pizza dough I made Mini Chocolate Calzone's)
