Ingredients
- 1 26-ounce bag frozen country-style hash browns
- 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Dash garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Combine the frozen hash browns, cheese, and onion in a large bowl.
Combine milk, beef broth, and butter.
Sprinkle spices over hashbrowns. Brown in a skillet. Add liquids and bake 30 minutes in oven.
