Ingredients
- 15 oz. can black eyed peas, drained
- 1-2 ear(s) of corn, boiled and kernels removed from cob
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- medium onion, diced
- green bell pepper diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 3 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Italian dressing
