Ingredients
- Chicken Salad Filling:
- 1 (3 oz. package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- Dash of salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- Pizza Tarts:
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoons commercial pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Combine cream cheese and butter, beat at medium speed of mixer until mixture is smooth. Add all purpose flour and dash of salt, mix well. Divide dough into 30 portions. Place in ungreased 1-3/4" muffing pans, and shape each into a shell, prick bottom and sides of pastry generously with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Line pastries with leaf lettuce if desired, fill with chicken salad filling and chill as directed.
Chill with pizza filing and bake as directed.
Chicken Salad Filling:
Combine all ingredients, stir well. Cover and chill.
Pizza Tarts:
Spoon 1/2 teaspoon pizza sauce into each pastry shell, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
