Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 4 onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup instant rice
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup whipping cream (do not whip)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter; cook rice. Add to onions. Add cheese, salt and pepper; mix. Put in 2-quart greased casserole. Pour whipping cream over top. Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes.
