Ingredients
- Directions:
- 3 c. pecans, whole
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 T. water
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 1/4 t. vanilla
- 1 t. cinnamon
- ●Roast pecans at 350 F. for 8 minutes.
- ●Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook until soft ball stage.
- ●Add nuts and stir until well coated.
