Ingredients
- 11 can (19oz) no salt chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
- 1 cup mini fresh mozzarella balls, halved (4oz)
- 1/3 cup minced red onion
- 1/3 chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a large bow and mix well.
May be served immediately, or salad can stand at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.
Tomatoes will lose their flavor when refrigerated, add them at the last minute if making in advance.
