Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, not drained
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (9 oz) Cool Whip
  • ●Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • ●Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and oranges with juice.
  • ●Bake in 2 layers for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and split layers.
  • ●Mix pudding and pineapple with juice. (Do not prepare pudding per box).
  • ●Fold pineapple with Cool Whip and spread between layers and on top.
