Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch thick slices
- 1/2 onion, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 (10 ounce) tomato soup
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Brown hamburger with oil in pan; remove from heat.
Arrange half of hamburger in bottom of a 2-quart casserole; top with half of onion and potato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat hamburger, onion and potato layers, salt and pepper. Pour tomato soup over the top; cover and bake for 40-45 minutes until potatoes are done.
