Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 medium cloves garlic,minced
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) Cambells Tomato Soup
- 2 cans (15 1/2 oz) kidney beans,undrained
- 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- Dash pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan,brown beef aand cook onion with garlic until tender.(use shortening if necessary).Stir to separate meat.Add remaiming ingredients.Simmer 30 minutes;stir occasionally.Garnish with parsley,if desired.
