  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 medium cloves garlic,minced
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) Cambells Tomato Soup
  • 2 cans (15 1/2 oz) kidney beans,undrained
  • 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • Dash pepper

Step 1

In large saucepan,brown beef aand cook onion with garlic until tender.(use shortening if necessary).Stir to separate meat.Add remaiming ingredients.Simmer 30 minutes;stir occasionally.Garnish with parsley,if desired.
