Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place tater tots in casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees fro 10 minutes. Place browned ground beef on top of potatoes. Add broccoli, 1/2 can French fried onions and chopped tomato.

Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake, covered 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and the remaining 1/2 can of French fried onions. Bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
