- Cheese & Toppings:
- 2 cans (14.5 oz)Roma whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Roma pizza sauce
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 tsp dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tssp cayenne black pepper
- 2 - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings

Step 1
Combine the sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and cook into a smooth sauce, on medium heat, stirring regularly. Then refrigerate or cool to room temperature before applying to the pizza.
