- Icing:
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 small box instant lemon pudding
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 5 T. key lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 T. key lime juice (more if needed)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a 9x13x2" pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, beating for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Test with toothpick in center for doneness. Cool completely before icing. To prepare icing, combine ingredients in a medium bowl and spread over top of cake. (Should be like a glaze.)
