  • 2/3 c mascarpone cheese
  • 3 T mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c whole milk
  • 1/4 c capers drained and chopped
  • 1 medium lemon zested
  • 1 T fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • Pork
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 c italian breadcrumbs
  • 3 T veg. oil
  • 6 pork chops, thinly cut

Sauce
combine cheese, mayo in a bowl. Slowly add milk. add remaining ingredients, set aside

Pork
Season, dip into flour then egg then bredcrubms. Cook pok in skillet. Pour over sauce
