  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 C melted butter or margarine
  • 1 C shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 C bisquick mix
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • 1 C cooked and cubed ham (I use leftover or canned)
  • salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

In a blender blend everything but the ham and cheese.

Pour into a greased pie tin or small baking dish. Top with ham then cheese, slightly pressing them into the egg mixture.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt into the egg mixture or begins to brown.
