mix with mascarpone cheese then fold into whipped cream

Ingredients
- Zabaglione
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1 lb mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a double boiler beat eggs until fluffy. cook over simmering water. Whip in sugar and wine. Keep cooking until bubbles appear and mixture thickens.
Cool to room temp.
Fold mascarpone cheese into Zabaglione and set aside.
Whip cream then fold mascarpone mixture into the whipped cream.
