Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup red onion; chopped
- 1 egg; beaten
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon seafood seasoning
- 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 12 ounce canned crab meat; drained, flaked
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first ten ingredients; blend well. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into six
three inch patties. Cook in oil over medium-high heat until deep golden
brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
