Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 c.sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2 tsp. almond ectract
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 1/2 c. Amaretto di Saronno
- 1 (8 oz) jar orange marmalade
- 4 oz . apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. amaretto
- 1 c. chopped , toasted almonds

Step 1
preheat oven to 325° . Have all ingredients at room temperature. beat butter and sugar until creamy . add eggs , one at a time, beating after each. Add sour cream beat, then add extracts , baking soda and salt.gradually beat in flour that has been sifted 3 times and the measuterd. Add Amaretto and beat well. pour into a large.
greased bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool.
Heat marmalade , preseves and Amaretto until melted. Drizzle on cooled cake and then sprinkle with chopped, toasted almonds.
