Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2-3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 9 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 & 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
- 2 pints half and half
- 8 oz. montery jack cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in chicken broth until tender. Puree in blender. In large pan saute bacon and onion together until tender. Add all ingredients into a large pot. Heat on low until cheese melts. Serves 12
Garnish with green onions!
