Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 medium onions; chopped
- 1/2 cup celery; finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic; minced
- 28 ounce tomato; diced, undrained
- 1 medium potato; diced
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- dash allspice
- dash Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup red wine, white wine or clam juice
- 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 6.5 ounce Clams; chopped undrained
- 1 pound seafood - shrimp, crabmeat, etc.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in large stock pot over medium high heat until hot. Add
oinions, celery, and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until onions and celery are
tender.
2. Add tomatoes, potato, bayleaf, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, thyme,
allspice, cinnamon, 1/2 cup water, wine and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes or
until potato is tender.
3. Add seafood. Cook 2 - 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
