Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling on top
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup blueberries

Put the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Slice the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds. Divide the mixture between the carved-out cantaloupe halves. Cover, place in the fridge and let sit overnight.
To serve, top with blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
