Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 small red onion chopped
- Salad:
- 1/2 " thick slab of Lorraine Swiss Cheese
- Bacon slices (number to your taste)
- 2 -3 heads romaine lettuce

Step 1
Dressing: Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients
Salad:
Take a 1/2" thick slab of Lorraine swiss cheese and dice it up.
Cook bacon slices (up to you how many you want) and crumble.
Add both to 2-3 heads of romaine lettuce chopped.
Mix together w/dressing.
