Ingredients
- 1 (3 pound) fryer chicken
- 1/4 cup sake
- Garlic salt
- Seasoned salt
- Oil

Step 1
Sprinkle sake over chicken. Rub garlic salt and seasoned salt all over chicken. Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Rub chicken with oil. Place on rack in roasting pan with breast side up and pour remaining marinade into cavity of chicken. Roast 25 minutes. Turn chicken over and roast for another 20 minutes until done. (Thigh should come apart easily.)
Chop chicken into desired pieces. Serve immediately while skin is crispy.
