Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package dry spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cups sauterne wine or water
- 3 ripe tomatoes, cut up or 1 (1 pound) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 round onion, sliced
- Sliced ripe olives

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken pieces with seasoned salt. Blend dry spaghetti sauce mix with the cornflake crumbs in a large plastic bag. Toss chicken in crumb mixture.
Fry in electric skillet to brown, using 1/4 cup oil. Add wine or water, tomatoes, mushrooms, sliced onions, and remaining crumb mixture. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Garnish with the sliced ripe olives.
