  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • or 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lime
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
