  • 2 C fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium apple, peeled, 1/4" cubes (~1/C)
  • 1/3 C brown sugar
  • 1/4 C orange juice
  • 3 T cidar vinegar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t ginger
  • 1/4 t lime zest
  • 1/8 t cinnamon

Step 1

Boil all ingredients in a 2 quart sauce pan over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate.
