Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground meat
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup peppers, chopped (green, red, yellow)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (16oz) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp crushed, dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, cook meat, onion, peppers and garlic until meat is browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, beans, sauce, chili powder, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
