  • 2 lbs new potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil.
2. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan. Toss w/ potatoes.
3. Place potatoes on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes.
