Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 T. butter
- 1 15 oz. can creamed corn
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- Cracker crumbs
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown onions in butter and set aside.
Cook spinach as directed and drain well.
Mix onions, spinach and corn.
Put in lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and cheese.
Bake at 300 for 40 minutes.
