Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 C water
- 2 lg cans tomato paste
- 1 T mustard
- 1 T worchestshirfe sauce
- 2 T sugar
- pepper flakes
- minced onion flakes (or 1 med finely chopped onion)

Preparation
Step 1
Boil burger in water.
Add rest of ingredients to season. Add more sugar if needed. Add mustard and worchestshire sauce to taste.
Simmer until sauce thickens (~15-20 mins)
