Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 C water
  • 2 lg cans tomato paste
  • 1 T mustard
  • 1 T worchestshirfe sauce
  • 2 T sugar
  • pepper flakes
  • minced onion flakes (or 1 med finely chopped onion)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil burger in water.

Add rest of ingredients to season. Add more sugar if needed. Add mustard and worchestshire sauce to taste.

Simmer until sauce thickens (~15-20 mins)
