Ingredients
- 6 large baking potatoes
- 2 t oil
- 1 t chili powder
- hot sauce (to taste)
- 8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 med tomato - finely chopped
- 1 C shredded cheddar
- 1/2 C sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Bake potatoes for 45 mins @ 425
Cut into quarters (long way), scoop out, but leave ~ 1/4 " in skin (use inside for something else)
Mix oil, chili powder and hot sauce (few drops or so) and brush inside potato wedges
Place on baking sheet and sprinkle w/ bacon, tomato, cheese (and whatever else you like)
Bake 10 min at 425
Serve w/ the sour cream
