Ingredients
- 24 large mushrooms (2" diameter)
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1/4 C butter
- 2/3 C bread crumbs
- 1/2 C cheddar cheese

Step 1
Clean mushrooms and remove the stems; Mince approx. 1 cup
Cook garlic and stems in butter, stir in bread crumbs and cheese
Spoon mixture into caps
Bake 8-12 mins at 425
