Ingredients
- 16 oz Bird's eye white and yellow corn
- 1 cup whole milk
- 6 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsps snipped fresh chives(Optional)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Table grind black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
!. In a medium saucepan, simmer corn with milk over medium heat until corn is tender, about 5-7 minutes
2.Reduce heat to low, stir in cream cheese Season with salt and pepper.Simmer to sauce is thickened 5-10 minutes
If desired sprinkle with chives prior to serving
