Ingredients

  • 1 lb mild ground pork sausage
  • 1 lb hot ground pork sausage
  • 1 pkg frozen hash browns (30 oz)
  • 1 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1 c cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausages in large skillet until it is no longer pink and crumbles. Drain well.

Cook hash browns half way according to pkg. Use ½ tsp. salt and pepper.

Stir together hash browns, sausage and cheese. Pour into a lightly greased dish. Whish together the eggs, milk and teaspoon of salt. Pour evenly over the potatoes. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
