Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 c red pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1/2 c fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c minced celery
  • 1/4 c minced red onion
  • 1 T chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 t Old Bay
  • 1/2 t salt, dry mustard, hot pepper sauce.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Spread 2 c fresh bread crumbs on wax paper. Divide crab mixture into 8 patties; coat with crumbs. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.


Heat 1/2" oil; cook crab cakes. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion on rolls.
