Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2 potatoes, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Pour over meat and stir until meat is well coated.
Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours.
