Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb sliced Provolone cheese
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper and salt

Preparation

Step 1

Let dough stand at room temperature until it rises. Roll out with rolling pin in a rectangle approximately 12 x 15-inches.
Mix in bowl, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan cheese to taste. Spread this on rolled out dough, then put pepperoni on the egg mixture. Then put the Provolone cheese on top of the pepperoni. Roll in jelly roll fashion and pinch ends closed. Brush a little of egg mixture on top and let rise 1/2 hour or so. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
