Ingredients
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 3/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 1/4 lb beef skirt or flank steak
- salad oil
- salt
- flour tortillas
- guacamole
- peppers
- onion
- salsa

Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow glass dish container, combine garlic and lime juice. Add meat, cover and marinade at room temperature at least 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
Preheat grill. Place meat on grill or broiler rack. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill 3-4 minutes per side for med-rare. Slice crosswise and serve on tortilla with guacamole and sauted sliced onions and peppers.
