Ingredients
- Sirloin tip cut in strips
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 4 T. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 2 garlic buds, chopped
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 T. accent ( I use Lawry's Seasoning)

Step 1
Combine ingredients. Marinate meat overnight. Weave on sticks. Broil until brown.
