Ingredients

  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup of espresso coffee or strong coffee
  • 1 package of marscarpone cheese (500g)
  • 1 package of Lady finger cookies (4 trays)
  • 1 shot of liquor
  • Cocoa for dusting top

Preparation

Step 1

Make the coffee first and place in large glass bowl.
Add 1 shot of liquir, stir and allow to cool a little.

Separate yolk from egg whites

Beat egg whites until fluffy cloud forms and set aside

In yolks, add sugar, marscarpone chees and one shop of (liquor, baileys coffee liquor)

With hand mixer beat until ingredients are bombined

Add in egg whites and blend.

Take a pyrex dish and begin to dip cookies quickly into coffee and line bottom of dish.

Onced lined, add 1/2 of the mixture on top and spread evely over cookies.

Aadd a second layer of dipped cookies emsuring that the cookies are tightly placed.

Spread the remainder of the mixture on top.

Sift a bit of cocoa on top ......Refrigerate 6-24 hours
