Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese (not light)
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 12 oz. box jumbo pasta shells
- 1 jar (30-32 oz) favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cheese (except parmesan). Sitr in sour cream, egg and seasonings.
After cooking shells, rinse with cold water and drain well. Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture. Pour 1 cup of sauce in bottom of 13x9" baking dish (or two smaller dishes). Arrange shells in pan and pour remaining sauce over shells. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
