Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese (not light)
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 12 oz. box jumbo pasta shells
- 1 jar (30-32 oz) favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cheeses (except parmesan). Sitr in sour cream, egg, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. After cooking shells, rinse well with cold water. Drain well. Pour 1 cup sauce in bottom of 13x9x2" baking dish or 2 smaller dishes. Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture. ARrange in baking dish(es) and pour sauce over shells. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
