Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet red pepper, chop into small pieces and add to blender
- 1 1/2 large uncooked red onion, chop and add to blender
- 1 bulb garlic clove, peel and add to blender
- 2 cup cilantro, chop and add to blender with some water and blend

Preparation
Step 1
Chop all veggies, add them to a blender with some water to get it going and blend until smooth or pulse for a little coarseness.
You can double or triple the recipe and freeze in small container to use when needed, makes great yellow rice and beans and stewed chicken, beef and so much more.
Use only 2 tbs at a time as it is very strong in flavor.
