- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla powder (or gluten free vanilla)
- 3 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh grated nutmeg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixer beat the butter and cream cheese on low speed until smooth. Add the sugar and whip for 4 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, vanilla, salt, and the flour. Beat on low until smooth.
Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
