  • 1 Bag - Grated ORE-IDA country style hash browns (26 oz)
  • 1 Can - Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Cup - Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tsp - Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp - Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Chopped Green Onions (tops & most of the stem)
  • 2 Cup - Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 Cup - Butter (melted)
  • 2 Cup - Potato Chips (crushed)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, green onions and cheese in a large mixing bowl.

Add grated potatoes and stir to combine.

Place in a greased 13" by 9" casserole dish.

Top with butter and potato chips mixed together.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly around the edges.
