Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Garlic powder w/parsley
  • Shredded Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease baking dish.
Arrange shrimp in bottom of dish. Put artichoke hearts and mushrooms in between shrimp. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice.
Melt butter in pan with garlic. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake about 12-15 minutes.
